What does an AI consultant do?
I help you choose a useful business problem, assess the tools and information involved, and decide what to build or change. Depending on the scope, that can include strategy, a pilot, systems integration, custom software, or ongoing technical leadership.
Are you based in Charlotte?
Yes. I’m based in Charlotte, North Carolina. Strategy Sessions are online. For a Strategy Day or presentation, share your location and preferred format so we can agree the arrangements.
How much does AI consulting cost?
A two-hour online AI Strategy Session is $1,000. An AI Strategy Day is $10,000, with preparation and written priorities for up to 10 people. Implementation, fractional CTO support, and speaking are quoted to scope.
Do we need to replace our existing software?
Not necessarily. We start by reviewing your existing tools, their integration options, and the workflow. A simpler connection or process change may be more useful than a new application.
Will the Strategy Day include a finished system?
The Strategy Day establishes priorities and a practical direction. A finished application or integration is not included. Implementation is scoped separately after we understand the work.
What should I share in an inquiry?
Describe the workflow, who uses it, where it gets stuck, and what you want to improve. Keep confidential customer information, credentials, and company documents out of the initial message.
