If we’ve just met, Hi, I’m Alex King and I’ve been developing websites and high level online marketing systems for 7+ years.

What I do is so much more than a website or a logo. Because of my diverse skill set, I’m able to put you on a real path to online success. The website will serve as a vehicle and will be your way of sharing what you do in the world.

My going rate for a state of the art website is anywhere from $10,000 to $25,000 which includes a logo, color and style palette and a responsive (mobile friendly) website.

Throughout 2017, I rejected any web project that came my way that paid less than $10,000.

As someone who came from parents that both owned small businesses, I have a soft spot for entrepreneurs and small businesses. It pains me when I see people who have great products and services that can’t get ahead because they’re limited by crappy tech, marketing and branding.

So what changed?

Honestly, I just love building websites and I wanted to make my services to a select group of entrepreneurs that are ready to take their business to the next level.

That’s where you come in.

This is your chance to get a stellar website for a fraction of the regular price.

I haven’t charged this little for a website since 2015.

I’m making 3 website packages available per month to applicants that want the website of their dreams.

Here’s what this looks like:

You apply for this very limited package and tell me about your website.
I’ll review your application and notify you if I plan on taking it on.
If approved, you and I will get on a call for me to clarify the full scope of what you need.
You’ll pay 50% of the total price. $250.
From there, I’ll spend that week working with my employee on getting your site completed. The development may take any time from 3 days to 3 weeks.

Important Notes

This is ideal for anyone who needs a beautiful online presence with a professional touch. It can be for an individual, online business or local business.

You won’t need to liaise with anyone else other than me. I’m not palming you off to anyone else to work with.

I can’t provide copy writing services as a part of this package. All copy needs to be provided by you.

I’m not able to set up eCommerce solutions in this package, if this is something you need, send me a separate message.

You’ll get one enquiry form and one contact form that will be linked to a CRM called ActiveCampaign – plans start at $9 month.

I’ll only be accepting websites with 4-6 pages (home, about, product/service, blog, contact).

The website will be built in WordPress and will be easily editable by you – you won’t be dependent on me for future edits.

I’ll be installing around $500 worth of lead generation and optimization plugins on your site free of charge (I have the developer license required to do this)

I’ll give you access to tutorials which will show you how to edit your site and send marketing emails using ActiveCampaign.

I’m not using a templated theme for your website – every design element will be created from scratch.

This is not an elaborate funnel to get more money from you. I’m only looking to make $5000 per website and leave you with a product you absolutely love.

Contingencies of this Deal

You get 2 design revisions of the website (not including spelling, text, image mistakes – those are always free ☺️)

Your website will be hosted on my private server which is faster than 99% of all web servers out there. I pay $300+/month to maintain this server and your space on it is completely free for 3 months. After that, if you’d like to remain on my server, you can pay my standard hosting package of $200 year which includes weekly backups, plugin updates and premium security.

Once paid in full, you take full ownership of your website and can migrate it away from my server easily without any hassle. No ties to me and no obligations.
